Why advertise with The Birch?

The hard copy of the journal will be seen by students and faculty all over the country and at some institutions overseas. We print and distribute 500 hard copies per semester, targeting students and faculty with a demonstrated interest in the region. Even better, at no extra charge we will include your advertisement in the PDF version of the journal that we put on our Web site, which thousands more will see. We can also add a link to your Web site on both our official site (www.thebirchonline.org/links.html) and our blog (www.thebirchjournal.blogspot.com).

Who advertises with The Birch?

Anyone who wants to reach professors and undergraduates with ties to the region. In the past, we have included advertisements for summer language courses, study abroad programs, MA programs, lecture series, and new books. We also welcome ads for films, publications, exhibits, and organizations.

We would like to thank those who advertised in the Spring 2010 issue: The Harriman Institute and Columbia's School of Continuing Education.
